✔ Navigate the Terrain Safely:
For your safety and peace of mind, while exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, we strongly recommend using a 4x4 drive vehicle. Although the cabin is accessible via well-maintained paved roads, unpredictable mountain weather can occasionally affect road conditions. Therefore, having a 4x4 wheel drive vehicle is advisable during your visit to the area.

✔ Pool Passes for Summer Fun:
Dive into the refreshing pools of the Chalet Village Owners Club during your summer stay. We provide pool passes for your convenience. Please remember to return them after use to avoid any additional charges. The pools typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

✔ Thoughtful Starter Supplies:
To make your initial days comfortable, we've thoughtfully provided a starter supply of essential items, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, and bathing amenities. These supplies should suffice for a couple of days. If your stay extends beyond that, you may wish to replenish them as needed.

We kindly request that there be no smoking inside the cabin, ensuring a fresh and healthy atmosphere for all guests.

While we encourage a good time, please note that we do not permit parties on the premises. We aim to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests.

Magnolia Vacation Rentals cannot be held liable for any acts of God or weather-related issues. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Weather during the upcoming months is unpredictable in the mountains. Plan accordingly. We highly recommend 4WD or AWD for this property. This is a steep driveway.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
