🌋 Hot Tub: We change the water before each arrival, but it takes a bit of time to heat up (2-4 degrees per hour). So, it might not be sizzling hot upon your arrival. Please keep the lid closed when not in use. 🛁

🐾 Pet-Friendly: $75 per pet up to 2 and up to 35lb each. For larger pups, please ask about permission and fees. Remember, dogs should be crated when you're away and refrain from lounging on furniture or blankets. Any damages are the responsibility of our guests. Guests are required to clean up after their pets outside.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
