Welcome to Rocky Top Retreat! This is a two bedroom, one bedroom property located conveniently to all the excitement in the Smoky Mountains! You are minutes away from Rocky Top Sports Complex (5 minutes). Unwind in the hot tub on the back patio under the stars or enjoy the wood burning fire pit in the front yard (wood not provided). There is a gas fireplace and smart TV located in the living room. Fun activities like outdoor ax throwing, large Connect 4, and Pickle 360 are brand new amenities and waiting for you!!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
